Handle airline ticket reservations using Galileo and Sabre
Issue, reissue, cancel, and refund air tickets accurately
Manage domestic and international flight bookings
Coordinate with airlines and suppliers for fares, availability, and schedules
Respond to customer inquiries regarding flights, fares, and travel options
Maintain accurate reservation records and passenger details
Ensure timely follow-up and excellent customer service
Proficiency in Galileo and Sabre GDS systems
Strong knowledge of fare rules, ticketing, and airline policies
Ability to handle reissue, refund, and void processes
Strong communication and customer handling skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Attention to detail and accuracy
Basic computer skills MS Office, email communication
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Diploma or certification in Travel & Tourism will be an added advantage
Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Reservation Officer in a travel agency
Practical experience working with Galileo and Sabre is mandatory
